Not all cinnamon is created equal — and most people have never tasted the difference. We use organic Ceylon cinnamon, the variety preferred by pastry chefs and serious cooks for its delicate, complex warmth and naturally low coumarin content. It's a world apart from the sharp, pungent Cassia cinnamon in most grocery store spice jars.

We blend it into our reserve wildflower creamed honey — the top 30% of what we harvest from northwest Florida, stone-milled to a silky, semi-solid texture through our controlled crystallization process. The result is something that belongs on every breakfast table and cheese board in the country.

A process most honey producers don't bother with

We take naturally crystallized honey and mill it through a stone mill, reducing it to a silky, semi-solid seed honey — smooth as nut butter, with no graininess. That seed honey is introduced into a fresh batch of liquid reserve wildflower honey, then held at exactly 57°F and stirred slowly at intervals over several days. Once jarred, it rests in temperature-controlled storage at 57°F for several weeks to finish setting. No shortcuts. No additives. No thickeners. Just time, temperature, and exceptional honey.

The only certification that actually means something for U.S. honey

The USDA cannot certify American-produced honey as organic. Bees forage too widely to document. We took a different path — every retail batch is third-party certified Glyphosate Residue Free by the Detox Project, tested and traceable from hive to jar. As far as we can find, we are the only U.S. beekeepers doing this under their own label.

What it tastes like

Warm, subtle cinnamon woven through the buttery floral sweetness of reserve wildflower honey. The Ceylon cinnamon brings gentle spice without heat or bitterness — it enhances the honey rather than overpowering it. Dense, smooth, and spreadable, with a clean finish that makes you reach for another spoonful.

How to enjoy it

Spread on toast, biscuits, or cornbread — this is its natural home. Exceptional stirred into oatmeal, swirled into yogurt, or spooned over pancakes. Works beautifully on a cheese board alongside aged gouda or sharp cheddar. Stir into coffee or chai. Bake with it anywhere cinnamon and honey belong together.

Storage

Keep below 80°F to maintain the creamy texture. Room temperature is fine in most homes. Do not microwave.
