Wildflower Honey — Test Results
Raw Wildflower Honey
Reserve grade — we bottle the best-tasting 30% of what we harvest. The rest goes to bulk packers under their labels, not ours.
Why this honey is different
- ✓Certified Glyphosate Residue Free — third-party tested, every batch
- ✓Reserve grade only — we bottle just 30% of our harvest, the rest goes to bulk packers
- ✓Raw & unpasteurized — never heated, natural enzymes fully intact
- ✓Northwest Florida wildflower — one of the best honey-producing regions in the world
- ✓Hive to jar on our family farm — veteran-owned, no imported honey ever
This is the honey we reach for every day in our own kitchen. Not because it's what we make — because it's genuinely that good.
Our Wildflower Honey is gathered from a mix of blooms across northwest Florida, one of the best honey-producing regions in the world. Each harvest is shaped by whatever is in season — clover, gallberry, tupelo, wildflowers — and no two batches taste exactly alike. That variation is the point. It's what real, place-specific honey tastes like.
But here's what makes ours different: we only bottle the best-tasting 30% of what we produce. The rest gets sold off in bulk to other honey packers who put it under their own labels. What goes into our jars is what we call reserve wildflower — the top of the crop, selected by taste, not just by what's available.
The USDA cannot certify American-produced honey as organic — bees forage too widely to document. We took a different path. Every retail batch is third-party certified Glyphosate Residue Free by the Detox Project — tested, documented, and traceable from hive to jar.
Medium-bodied sweetness with buttery undertones and light, complex floral notes. Clean finish, no bitterness. Color varies from light amber to deeper gold depending on which flowers were in bloom at harvest — that variation is natural and a sign of real, unblended honey. May slowly crystallize over time, which is a natural sign of raw honey. To reliquefy, place the jar in warm water — never microwave.
This is your everyday honey. Stir into tea or coffee, drizzle over toast, biscuits, or pancakes, swirl into yogurt or oatmeal, use in salad dressings and marinades. Anywhere you'd reach for honey, this is the jar to reach for.
