Chocolate Creamed Honey

Organic cacao blended into reserve wildflower creamed honey. A chocolate spread with actual nutritional integrity — and no palm oil in sight.

Why this creamed honey is different

  • Organic cacao, not cocoa — minimally processed, richer flavor, more natural integrity
  • Stone-milled seed crystal process — weeks of controlled crystallization at 57°F for a silky texture
  • Reserve grade wildflower base — we only cream the top 30% of our harvest
  • Certified Glyphosate Residue Free — third-party tested, every batch
  • Hive to jar on our family farm — veteran-owned, northwest Florida
The story

This is what happens when you start with exceptional honey instead of average ingredients. Organic unsweetened cacao — rich, complex, and deeply chocolatey — blended into our reserve wildflower creamed honey. The honey's natural sweetness does what sugar would do in a chocolate bar, but with layered floral notes underneath that no chocolate bar can replicate.

We use organic cacao powder, not cocoa. The difference matters — cacao is minimally processed, retaining more of its natural flavonoids and mineral content. Combined with the antioxidant properties of raw honey, this is a chocolate spread with actual nutritional integrity.

A process most producers don't bother with

We take naturally crystallized honey and mill it through a stone mill, reducing it to a silky, semi-solid seed honey — smooth as nut butter, with no graininess. That seed honey is introduced into a fresh batch of liquid reserve wildflower honey, then held at exactly 57°F and stirred slowly at intervals over several days. Once jarred, it rests in temperature-controlled storage for several weeks. No shortcuts. No additives. No thickeners. Just time, temperature, and exceptional honey.

What it tastes like

Deep, rich chocolate sweetness with the buttery floral complexity of reserve wildflower honey underneath. Decadent without being cloying — the cacao's natural bitterness is perfectly balanced by the honey's sweetness. Dense, smooth, and spreadable, with a finish that's genuinely luxurious.

How to enjoy it

Spread on toast, croissants, or biscuits as a sophisticated alternative to commercial chocolate spreads — with none of the palm oil or artificial ingredients. Stir into coffee or hot milk for an instant mocha. Swirl into yogurt or oatmeal. Serve on a cheese board alongside aged manchego or brie. Eat straight from the jar — we won't judge.
