How many jars?

"Living in the Florida panhandle made us realize how many so-called local honey vendors sell their honey under a local sign while sourcing it from China. The only honey we trust is Register Family Farm honey. It is always fresh and real."

The only U.S.-produced honey we know of that is certified Glyphosate Residue Free.

This is the honey we reach for every day in our own kitchen. Not because it's what we make — because it's genuinely that good.

Our Wildflower Honey is bottled in glass on our family farm in northwest Florida. The flowers in bloom change from season to season, so no two batches taste exactly alike. That variation is the point.

What goes into our jars is what we call reserve wildflower — every lot founder-tasted and chosen by taste before it is bottled.

Certified Glyphosate Residue Free

Certified organic honey is rare in the U.S. because bees forage for miles beyond the hive. We took a different path. Our honey is certified Glyphosate Residue Free by the Detox Project — independently verified, not self-reported. As far as we can find, we are the only U.S. beekeepers whose own-label honey carries that certification.

What it tastes like

Medium-bodied sweetness with buttery undertones and light, complex floral notes. Clean finish, no bitterness. Color varies from light amber to deeper gold depending on which flowers were in bloom at harvest — that variation is natural. May slowly crystallize over time, which is a natural sign of raw honey. To reliquefy, place the jar in warm water — never microwave.

How to enjoy it

This is your everyday honey. Stir into tea or coffee, drizzle over toast, biscuits, or pancakes, swirl into yogurt or oatmeal, use in salad dressings and marinades. Anywhere you'd reach for honey, this is the jar to reach for.

FAQS

What makes this Wildflower honey different from other brands?

Every lot is founder-tasted and chosen by taste before it is bottled, and our honey is certified Glyphosate Residue Free by the Detox Project — independently verified, not self-reported.

Is this honey really raw and unfiltered?

Yes. Our Wildflower Honey is unpasteurized, never heated to high temperatures, and only lightly strained to remove large bits of wax and hive debris. That keeps its natural aroma and flavor intact.

Is this honey organic?

There’s no meaningful way to certify U.S. honey as organic because bees forage wherever they choose. Instead, we focus on what we can control: careful hive placement in clean forage areas, and honey certified Glyphosate Residue Free by the Detox Project. That’s why we call it America’s Cleanest Honey.
